Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The 14-day trial requires only your email address. We provision your environment, you use the system, and you decide at Day 14 whether to subscribe. No card is ever requested until you choose to continue.
Where does my data go? +
Your data lives in your own Supabase PostgreSQL environment — not ours. We provision the schema and workflows into an environment under your account. You have full admin access from Day 1. If you cancel at Day 14, the environment and all your data remain exactly where they are. We have no access after provisioning unless you grant it.
What's an ELP and why does it matter? +
ELP stands for Effective License Position: Σ(Entitlements) − Σ(Deployments). When ELP goes negative, you are over-deployed on a software licence — which is audit exposure. 62% of organisations were audited by software vendors in 2024; 32% incurred liabilities exceeding $1 million. The Asset Monitor calculates your ELP in real time and flags when the position goes negative. That's the gap the trial surfaces by Day 3.
Can I upgrade my tier during the trial? +
Yes. If you started on Asset Monitor and want to add Governance Engine or Full Stack modules during the 14 days, email compliance@unuslondon.com and we'll extend your provisioning. Your existing data is preserved.
What happens if I don't convert at Day 14? +
Nothing happens to your system. Your Supabase environment stays live under your account. Your data stays exactly where it is. You stop receiving monitoring notifications from us, but the schema, the data, and the workflows are yours permanently. You're not renting anything — you own the infrastructure.
